The ADFM Day Care Centre offers a safe, structured, and supportive environment for individuals living with dementia. Through non-pharmacological therapies, we aim to keep individuals mentally, physically, socially engaged, while providing much-needed respite for caregivers. Our centre is staffed by trained nurses and caregivers, led by a qualified Nurse Manage, ensuring compassionate and professional care.

We after full-day care services from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, specially designed for individuals living with dementia or Alzheimer’s disease who benefit from a structured and stimulating environment.

Our daily programme includes cognitive and physical stimulation activities, encouraging mental and physical engagement. We also provide opportunities for social interaction and community inclusion, helping clients stay connected and emotionally supported. Each client receives supervised care throughout the day, with a caregiver-to-client ratio of 1:5, ensuring personalized and attentive support. The centre is led by a qualified Nurse Manager and supported by a team of trained nurses and caregivers. Daily activities are carefully planned to ensure holistic and well-rounded support for our clients.
