On 4th September 2025, the Alzheimer’s Disease Foundation Malaysia (ADFM) celebrated the Grand Opening of the ADFM Community Centre at Megah Rise Mall. The new centre was officially launched as a dedicated space for families, caregivers, and individuals impacted by dementia. It marks an important milestone in ADFM’s mission to provide education, support, and engagement opportunities to the community.
In conjunction with this special occasion, ADFM also introduced the My Care Credit platform – an innovative initiative to recognize and value the time, efforts, and contributions of volunteers. This platform highlights the importance of volunteerism in building a compassionate and dementia-friendly society.
The event was attended by partners, volunteers, and members of the public, all coming together to celebrate this meaningful step forward in dementia care and community support.
