The Alzheimer’s Disease Foundation Malaysia (ADFM) is pleased to invite the public to the Fahami Dementia Awareness Event 2026, taking place on 14 November 2026 (Saturday), from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM at M3 Mall.

This community awareness event aims to raise understanding of dementia, promote early recognition, and encourage greater support for persons living with dementia and their caregivers. By engaging the public through educational talks, interactive activities and sharing sessions, we hope to build a more inclusive, supportive and dementia-friendly community.

What to Expect

Visitors can look forward to a variety of educational and engaging activities throughout the day, including dementia awareness talks, dementia screening, interactive exercises, Brain Gym activities, and a caregiver sharing session featuring real-life experiences and insights. The programme will also include health-related activities, an influenza vaccination initiative for eligible adults aged 60 and above, and sharing sessions on dementia care and financial planning.

Whether you are a caregiver, a healthcare professional, a person living with dementia, a family member or simply someone who wishes to learn more, this event offers an opportunity to gain knowledge, connect with the community and discover ways to make a difference.

Be Part of the Change

ADFM believes that greater awareness and understanding can help reduce stigma and create safer, more welcoming environments for everyone affected by dementia.
