As we officially close the Atria ADFM Community Corner (AACC), we would like to express our heartfelt appreciation to Atria Shopping Gallery for being a steadfast supporter and partner throughout the past 8 meaningful years.
From the beginning, Atria generously welcomed ADFM into its space, allowing us to build a community hub that provided care, activities, and connection for persons living with dementia and their caregivers. The journey at AACC has touched many lives and it would not have been possible without Atria’s kindness, commitment, and trust.
While this chapter comes to a close, the impact of what we’ve created together will continue to inspire our work and those we serve.
